Roasted Kohlrabi

Quick, simple and delicious, this makes a great side dish with any meal. Roasting Kohlrabi brings out it's flavor and you can always play around with what to coat your roasted Kohlrabi with too!


Ingredients:

2 Kohlrabi Bulbs

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic

1/3 Cup Parmesan

Salt and Pepper



Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.


Peel and chop your kohlrabi into bite size cubes and mince your clove of garlic.


Coat the kohlrabi and garlic in olive oil and salt and pepper. 


Spread it out on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 Minutes.


Top with Parmesan Cheese.


You can add any combination of seasoning to the kohlrabi.
